Site cut started
Notified the builder that plot was ready.
They started the site cut this week -15th September
My husband and I live in Melbourne. At the moment no kids.. would like some one day..
We never thought we would build our first house..but here we are with our own piece of dirt and a big project in front of us.
November 2008 - Decision to buy our own house ! December - Feb 2009 - Research into affordability/suburbs and housing market, inspections Feb 2009 - Decision to BUILT our own house March 2009 - Our own piece of dirt April 2009 - Settlement on our land July 2009 - Signed Building contracts August 2009 - Council Approval of building permits September 2009 - Site cut October 2009 - Slab & Frame !
